ZURICH CHAINSAW MASSACRE: NME, TARAKANY!, RATTUS Releases Planned

April 9, 2004

Zurich Chainsaw Massacre Records has inked a deal with '80s metal/punk legends NME from Seattle. The label will be re-releasing the legendary "Unholy Death" album on vinyl in a special limited edition, due this summer. Two different vinyl versions will be available. A CD edition will also be coming in late 2004.

Zurich Chainsaw Massacre is also working closely with the Russian punk band TARAKANY! The label will be releasing the group's newest CD, "Freedom Street", in early May. They are also distributing some of the band's prior CDs for the non-Russian market. For details, click here.

In the fall of 2003, Zurich Chainsaw Massacre re-released a vinyl-only edition of RATTUS' classic album "Ratcage". This vinyl pressing is nearly sold out and another one is on the way with some extras. ZCM will also release the first-ever CD pressing of "Ratcage". Expect these in late summer 2004. RATTUS will also be doing their first-ever tour of the United States in the fall of 2004, concentrating on the East Coast.
